Sensemaking, Branding, Design

Working with management, frontline workers and their clients we partnered with social science change makers, Big Human, to map the social dynamics of poverty and the tools organizations use to mitigate it as a basis for developing new human-centered approaches to systemic problems.

 

Moving from the premise of Social Services as “a place of last resort” to “a place of first response”, we developed a new brand identity program and empathy-based communication tools to connect with the community of Sault Ste. Marie in a more meaningful capacity.
