We, like many of our clients, know there is more meaning to our existence then is generally considered, more to be learned from the beauty that surrounds us, and more potential in the human experience that we could be solving for. Working at the intersection of design, technology, and human experience, Martti leads project definition, workshop, and field research activities.
His extensive experience in human-computer interaction applied empathy, and communication design brings a deep understanding of design to inform and form new potential.
After investing a decade with Alias, now Autodesk, where he designed the visual language for SketchBook, the award-winning painting and drawing app, Martti co-founded Pentomic, and a farm, to apply himself to unique opportunities for improving the human experience.

Charles Wood
Partner
A professional father, technologist, and designer working to unlock natures unrealized potential.
Clocking countless hours, sleepless nights, and a proven track record for inspired design spanning, medical, sportswear, consumer product, and packaging, Charlie brings a nuanced understanding of form, function, and feeling to material, technology, and manufacturing processes.
With a soft spot for all things cosmic, Charlie was invited by NASA to present architectural concepts for Mars habitation using planetary source-fed 3D printing technologies as part of the NASA Centennial Challenge competition.
As a professional father, he also has a vested interest in the long-term well-being of the planet we currently call home.
