Originally built in 1903 in the Edwardian Classical style, The Bradshaw Lofts is being reimagined for seasonal loft and student living unique in its focus on bringing premium hotel amenities to student and creative life.

We worked with maverick developers Urbanistyc and their architectural partner Michael Wilson to develop an eccentric narrative communicating the maximal side of minimalism for Stratford’s newest creative venture.
